Tamarindo is a MUST

During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining multiple times at the Tamarindo restaurant. Each visit felt like being welcomed into a family, with the staff treating us like VIPs. The standout dish was the pumpkin lobster soup, which was simply divine. Chef Oscar truly mastered the menu, making every meal nice. I even felt fortunate to be served by Ignacio, who was attentive and friendly, enhancing our dining experience!

Fantastic Kid's Club

The Explorer's Club was a game-changer for my family! It offered a variety of fun activities that kept my kids entertained all day. There was even a rock climbing wall and arts & crafts areas. The bilingual staff were wonderful and genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with the children. It allowed my spouse and I some much-needed relaxation while the kids had the time of their lives!

Impressive Gym Facilities

I was thoroughly impressed with the gym located on the Secrets side of the resort. It was spacious, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. I was able to use all the equipment I needed during my workouts. A cleaning staff member was always on hand to ensure the equipment was sanitized and available, which added to my overall comfort while exercising.

Comfortable & Spacious Rooms

Our family getaway at this resort was truly unforgettable! The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like family. The rooms were comfortable and had an amazing view, while the dining options, particularly at Tamarindo, were outstanding. Although the pools were great, the noise level could be a bit high at times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return!

Our stay at the Now Amber in Puerto Vallarta was a mix of fantastic staff service and some frustrating experiences. The rooms were mostly comfortable and clean, but we faced retention issues during check-in. Dining was superb with excellent food options, making it a great experience. The location was perfect, right on the beach, adding a beautiful view to our stay. However, I did encounter a less-than-ideal situation with the waiting time for check-in, which dampened the initial excitement.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Now Amber. The rooms were clean and well-designed, but it would have been nice to have larger beds for adults. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, and we felt very well taken care of.
