Our family getaway at this resort was truly unforgettable! The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like family. The rooms were comfortable and had an amazing view, while the dining options, particularly at Tamarindo, were outstanding. Although the pools were great, the noise level could be a bit high at times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return!

Our stay at the Now Amber in Puerto Vallarta was a mix of fantastic staff service and some frustrating experiences. The rooms were mostly comfortable and clean, but we faced retention issues during check-in. Dining was superb with excellent food options, making it a great experience. The location was perfect, right on the beach, adding a beautiful view to our stay. However, I did encounter a less-than-ideal situation with the waiting time for check-in, which dampened the initial excitement.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Now Amber. The rooms were clean and well-designed, but it would have been nice to have larger beds for adults. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, and we felt very well taken care of. The beach and pool areas were enjoyable, although the loud music from weddings at night made it challenging for us with young kids. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would absolutely return!
